KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide primary oversight for routine pre-hire and onboarding activities to include initiating and review of background checks, generating offer letters, preparing new hire packets, distribution of related communications, and follow-up surveys.
  • Conduct employment-related research and assist the Talent Acquisition team with various methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Assist with job postings via the applicant tracking system (ATS), candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, preparing interview packets, follow-up candidate notifications, dispositioning candidates in the ATS, and run reports as needed.
  • Provide support coordination of recruitment projects and related support to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Represent and promote CCI to potential applicants internally and externally by providing information, responding to questions, and attending job fairs and CCI community events.
  • Handle and prioritize administrative duties and support the Human Resources department.
  • Assist with maintaining employee files.
  • Assist with identifying, cultivating, and maintaining applicant sourcing pipelines.
  • Assist with performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and training and development related initiatives.
  • Serve as backup to HR Operations Coordinator.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.
  • Knowledge of agencies, employment law; and talent acquisition metrics and analytics.
  • Minimum of two (2) years related full life cycle recruiting experience, highly preferred.
  • Prior health care and/or FQHC recruiting experience, a plus.
  • Demonstrated skill handling issues involving high levels of sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated good judgment.
  • Must be proficient with electronic, digital, and social media platforms, various job boards, Dynafile (a plus), ADP Workforce Now (a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, and reporting recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to establish credibility and trust, and foster collaborative working relationships.
  • Must be well organized, attentive to detail, flexible, and able to multitask between competing priorities.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Working on-site is an essential duty for the job.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending or working at a desk on a computer.
  • The ability to lift (up to 15lbs) is required.
