Job DescriptionThis job contributes to Company's success by ensuring the highest level of account support for order management.This role has responsibility for delivering the customer service experience with the customer, serving as a designated point of contact for supply chain reliability. They are responsible for excellent customer satisfaction and supply chain compliance through effective order management, proactive communication and problem solving, logistics, execution and collaboration with Partners in Supply and Channel Business Development.Efficiently and accurately writes and tracks orders in ORACLE RMS and other 3rd party systemsBuilds cross functional partnerships between stores, transportation, and planning to ensure seamless communicationStrategically prioritizes highly complex and time sensitive initiatives and identifies process improvement opportunitiesResponsible for ensuring Company Operated and Licensed store orders are fulfilled within the proper lead time, while analyzing and managing error reports, pricing discrepancies, and outdated itemsWorks closely with IT team to implement error improvementsOversees all 3PL orders for Western Canada, Central Canada, Eastern Canada, New York Metro, Northeast, Southeast, South Central, and Florida regionsHandles RMAs, credits and invoices, item reallocation, bulk orders, and BOL requestsWorks closely with the planning team to track inbound purchaseWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
