The Tom Wood Group, a leader in the automotive world in Indianapolis, is on the hunt for a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent who's passionate about delivering top-tier customer service. • Flexible schedule: Day or evening shifts that fit your lifestyle
  • Shifts available:
  • 7:15 AM - 4:15 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays off? Mostly! Just 1 or 2 a month
• Competitive pay: $14.50/hour + bonus based on performance (average bonus: $450-$800/month)

What you'll do:

• Dial it up! Handle 115+ inbound and outbound calls per day
• Engage customers and set up service appointments across our multiple locations
• Build up your knowledge of the Tom Wood Automotive Group's diverse lineup
• Maintain our high-performance standards, while staying true to our core values
• Stay cool under pressure and keep the positive vibes going in a team-oriented environment

What we're looking for:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality? Yes, please!
• Communication is key! You know how to connect with customers over the phone and through electronic communication
• Comfortable using computer systems, especially Microsoft apps
• Calm under pressure and always on the lookout to exceed expectations
• You love hitting your goals - and it shows!
