Working in a fast-paced, high-energy One Stop Enrollment Center, this position provides comprehensive admissions, records, registration, and payment related services to new and continuing students with a high-level of accuracy and exceptional customer service. Utilize strong problem solving and communication skills to assist students with a wide range of enrollment services questions. Embrace a service first, solutions focused, teamwork environment, working with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff to help students achieve their academic goals.
Essential Functions
60% - Supports in-person and virtual student services with a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and quick response time; communicates and corresponds with new and continuing students to resolve situations and challenges related to Admissions, Registration, Records, Financial Aid, and Payments; works with multiple students simultaneously in a fast-paced, student-centered One Stop environment
30% - Enters and maintains student-related information in a variety of customer/student management software tools and other related systems; including, but not limited to, PeopleSoft (Student Information System) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; processes electronic forms and related documents
10% - Provides support to Enrollment Services leadership and team members through a variety of tasks, projects, and data collection; other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution, and one full-time equivalent year of student services or college teaching experience or experience assisting with educational program development and coordination, student advisement, financial aid, or related student development programs.
OR
High School Diploma/GED and three full-time equivalent years of student services or college teaching experience or experience assisting with educational program development and coordination, student advisement, financial aid, or related student development programs.
Desired Qualifications
A. Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
B. Two (2) or more years of experience in a customer service environment, demonstrating a solid commitment to meeting and exceeding customer needs.
C. Experience with student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, or other relevant software systems.
D. Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to effectively communicate and assist a diverse student population.
E. Customer Service experience to include front desk, retail, receptionist, etc.
