How You Will Contribute

  • Create and maintain positive long-term relationships with multiple accounts.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.

  • Coordinate sales efforts with other team members or departments as needed.

  • Keep updated records of sales activities.

  • Supply management with reports on account needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

  • Attend networking events within sales territory.

  • Maintain knowledge of newest best practices and promotional trends.

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.

As a TruFit AutoGlass Marketing Representative, your week will consist of 1 planning day at home and 4 days visiting accounts to develop and maintain close relationships.

What You Have

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook.

  • Familiarity with Google tools like Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

  • Experience in sales, guest services, or a related field preferred but not required.

  • Ability to build rapport is a must.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable method of transportation required.
