The Key Program is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator for its Family Networks contract in Lawrence, MA.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in the Human Service field and have expertise working with families involved with DCF.
Responsibilities: Applicants must be comfortable conducting Family Team Meetings, identifying service needs, assessing strengths, and coordinating services with both DCF Social Workers and private providers. This position requires meetings to occur at DCF offices, the family's home, foster homes, and in Human Service Agencies' offices and residential programs. The position requires a valid driver's license and a legally registered vehicle.
The annual starting salary range is $52,360-54,360, and has excellent benefits, training and supervision.
