Position - Customer Account Representative
Job Location - Sussex, WI
Starting Date - Immediate
Employment Term - Temp-To-Hire
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift
Starting Pay - $24-$30/Hour

Required Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer Account Representative interviews customers and records interview information into computer.
Responsibilities
- Managing assigned customer accounts
-Involved in production planning, development of product, pricing and strategies
- Processes custom sales orders via phone or paper purchase orders.
-Work closely with other departments to support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
-Custom-Manufacturing business experience required
- Experienced and understands the entire order-fulfillment process
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
