Hotel Heron is home to KILN restaurant. KILN focuses on the regions best ingredients, highlighting farmers and fishermen through both our nightly tasting menu and a la carte menu. Our restaurant is built around an open kitchen, anchored by an open hearth and chefs counter. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with guests both in the open kitchen as well as the dining room. Applicants should have at least 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a Michelin or Fine Dining environment. We look forward to meeting you!
