Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join one of our clients in Houston. This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site requirements, and offers the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have AP experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to handle urgent issues while maintaining accuracy.
Salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Communicate with both internal divisions and external clients to resolve invoice discrepancies, address inquiries, and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Utilize Excel to create pivot tables, extract data, and analyze financial information.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and management to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
