We are hiring Bartenders at Vitense Golfland in Madison, WI!
Vitense Golfland is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Successful Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.
The Bartenders' responsibilities will include the following:

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
• Stay alert for incoming online orders to ensure timely distribution to servers or runners
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
• Learn specialty drinks menus for faster service and the ability to make recommendations
• Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Ability to work well with other team members

This position provides an hourly wage of $12/hour, plus tips which typically averages to $22/hr+
Requirements:
Must be 18+

• Need to have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Previous bartending experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
• Ability to work nights and weekends
