We are looking for RN's that meet the following qualifications:
· At least one year of experience.
· At least six months of travel experience.
· Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

Job Summary
The Principal Business Development Advisor works closely with the executive, administrative and operational leadership within Sanford in a variety of areas. These areas of focus include establishing and managing relationships with State and Federal government clients, develop strategic growth opportunities and implement new large group TPA and HMO clients across all lines of business. Establish, cultivate and manage relationships with large group TPA and HMO client's serving as a healthcare consultant and trusted business advisor, including cultivating relationships with consultant's brokers, and producers understanding the value they bring to our clients.
Strategically plan, negotiate and influence the interactions and relationships with clients, governmental agencies, and consultants to achieve strategic goals. Demonstrate data-driven solutions-based orientation to drive results from our client's while anticipating market trends and offering industry-leading service.
Design, manage and implement new RFP's for large group TPA, HMO and State/Federal programs.
Responsible for new business development and engagement of health care providers and other internal and external key stakeholders
Works with department leaders to design and implement strategies related to new business opportunities and engagement of new stakeholders and managing existing relationships.
Achieves and maintains superior and up-to-date knowledge on subject matter and effectively educates and engages healthcare professionals.
Functions independently with a high degree of proficiency to drive performance.
Obtains feedback from our current stakeholders regarding opportunities, needs, barriers and gaps in our current product offerings and education.
Creates and maintains database of prospecting activities including phone calls, in person or Skype presentations and follow-up activities. Documents activities, pipeline, referrals and forecast in client relationship system.
Reports on activities and other opportunities to create new business ideas and strategies
Qualifications
Master's of Science (MS) or Master's of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Will consider candidates with bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience. Degree emphasis can include but is not limited to, business management, accounting, finance, or healthcare administration
Previous experience in sales, business development and/or customer service required.
Strong persuasion skills and effective communicator, possessing excellent relationship building skills. Successful track record and/or possesses clear aptitude as a leader, administrator, negotiator ability to design, develop and implement system including but not limited to growth and sales strategies, RFP's and new business opportunities.
Background in business development required, and a proven ability to build and execute strategies for reaching new customers.
