About Us:
Blue Cross Pet Hospital is a well-established practice in Northeast San Fernando Valley, serving our community with top-tier veterinary care. Our recently renovated facility boasts 7 exam rooms, a brand-new surgical suite, a dental suite, and more. We offer advanced diagnostics and treatments, including a GE Ultrasound, digital dental radiography, and a Class 4 companion laser. Our patient base is 100% small animal, and we partner with multiple rescue groups to make a positive impact in our community.

Team Dynamics:
Our team has a long history in veterinary medicine, with many of us having over 30 years of experience. In fact, most of our staff have been here for at least 10 years! We maintain a strong work-life balance with regular team outings and community involvement. Our hospital closes at 5:30 pm on weekdays and 2 pm on weekends, allowing our staff to enjoy their personal time.
Our Mentorship:
For new grads who join our team, we invest our time to ensure you get the support, time, and guidance you need for your first job out of vet school. Our approach to bringing new grads aboard includes:
- Structured orientation and mentorship program.
- Opportunities for Zoom calls and round table discussions with other new and recent graduates.
- New grad peer advisors for networking and support as you navigate your first DVM position.

New Doctor Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian. New graduates are welcome to apply! We offer a flexible 4-day work week, including 50% weekend shifts, with no after-hours on-call requirements.
