Role:

We are seeking a determined and passionate Client Data Director to spearhead the transformation of Client Centricity and establish a consistent Client 360 view across our ecosystem.

Job Description:

The Client Data Director will partner with Xerox Digital eXperience (XDX) to ensure that our business has a resilient data and analytics capability in place to enable and support its global strategy. Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the Client Data Governance Council to define policies and standards for data usage.
  2. Coordinating the provision of high-quality client data information and insight.
  3. Owning all data sources and processes impacting client data.
  4. Ensuring compliance in data privacy, security, and classification.
  5. Establishing and managing data management and governance programs.
  6. Collaborating with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  1. High level of literacy in data-related concepts.
  2. Experience in Master Data Management/Data Governance.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven project management and organizational management experience.
  5. Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
