Are you passionate about making a significant impact in the behavioral health field? We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Behavioral Health to assist the underserved in the Bay Area. This role will provide strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and managing behavioral health programs that align with our company's mission, vision, and values. The candidate will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including overseeing behavioral health services, developing and implementing policies and procedures, training and supervising graduate students, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in behavioral health to drive change and improve the health and well-being of our workforce.

Responsibilities:
The Associate Director of Behavioral Health will be responsible for the following:

1. Oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services across the organization.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the behavioral health program, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to behavioral health services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
5. Lead and train graduate students in behavioral health, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral health programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
7. Advocate for the importance of behavioral health within the organization, promoting a culture of mental health awareness and support.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Associate Director of Behavioral Health position will have the following qualifications:

1. A PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
2. A valid California license in Psychology with 6 hours of supervision CE hours
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health, with a focus on program development and management.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
5. In-depth knowledge of behavioral health regulations and standards.
6. Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
7. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
8. A strong commitment to promoting mental health awareness and support within the organization.
