Lead, No-Bake Molding

Work closely with the direct supervisor to coordinate the activities of the department.

1. Complete regular assigned production activities.
2. Ensure that all employees in your assigned areas are working safe and have a safe working environment.
3. Ensure that all 5-S, TPM, and calibrations are strictly followed.
4. Coordinate NBM pattern and tooling requirements with the Pattern Shop.
5. Maintain flask inventory and ensure that flasks are ready per Molding schedule.
6. Ensure that the schedule and work process procedures are followed.
7. Ensure that shop floor reporting is accurate and timely.
8. In the absence of the direct supervisor, submit all required reports and paperwork.
9. Oversee all Shakeout personnel and activity.
10. Maintain good housekeeping in the department.
11. Perform all shut down procedures at the end of shift.
12. Communicate issues regarding employee performance and concerns to the attention of supervision and management.
13. Evaluate quality and productivity to identify potential opportunities for improvement (working with quality department).
14. Work closely with supervisors and managers to help correct issues as identified and build a world-class team.
15. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Less Than 4 Accumulated Attendance Points
• No Safety Violations Within the Last 12 Months
• Lead By Example
