Director of Clinics

The Director of Clinics is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Neshoba Clinics related to the following:

1. Coordinates the daily functions/activities of the Neshoba clinics with 15+ providers and 45 full-time equivalents.
2. Assures patient satisfaction goals, clinical goals and quality standards are met.
3. Manages appointment scheduling, patient flow, and reduces wait times.
4. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff.
5. Provides leadership and management for employees within scope of responsibility.
6. Assures that all employees work within scope of responsibility and have adequate knowledge of the required policies & procedures.
7. Responsible for efficient & effective communication between clinics and administration.
8. Oversee P&L management, management of resources, and monitor revenue cycle performance.
9. Ensuring effective utilization of electronic record and other technology systems for proficient documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in business/Healthcare Management or related field required; equitable experience considered.
2. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinic or other ambulatory setting; preferred.
4. Ability to work well with a wide variety of people.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Excellent computer application skills.
7. Excellent organizational skills; (written and oral).
8. Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations regarding clinic systems.
