Business Professional - Business Analyst
Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Business Professional - Business Analyst for our client in the Professional Services domain. Role Description: As a Business Professional - Business Analyst , you must have at least 5+ years of experience. For this role, you must have experience supporting Sales, be comfortable managing large data sets, possess strong attention to detail, be able to build financial models, have a creative problem-solving mindset, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
You will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing, and finance, with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements and assess prioritization and impact to the business.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the build-out of requirements and ensure clear and detailed requirements are gathered and documented.
- Engage relevant functional and technical teams for design, development, and testing activities around stakeholder requirements.
- Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing Sales productivity.
- Work directly with GTM Planning, Reporting, and Analytics Senior leadership on business-critical reporting needs.
- Extract data sets, perform analyses, and build financial models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal, or other initiatives on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence.
- Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience.
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses.
Travel: No.
Local Preferred: Yes.
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C).
