Job Description:

This is a temporary full-time position. In this role you will act as the liaison of the Human Resources department to all departments at Airspace. To be successful in this role as a temporary HR admin, you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and deliver precision and accuracy with a keen eye for detail to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new employees, including initiating background checks and offer letters.
  • Performing New Hire Orientations as often as necessary.
  • Entering new employees into the HRIS.
  • Management of the HRIS system.
  • Gaining knowledge of our benefits program and becoming a resource to employees who have questions or need assistance.
  • Ensuring compliance with state-mandated training programs.
  • Tasks related to internal employee appreciation incentives.
  • Offboarding of departing employees when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources related job functions.
  • Experience with G-Suite products.
  • 1-2 years of HRIS experience (ADP is a plus).
  • 1-2 years of compliance and/or benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of CA wage and labor laws.

Compensation:

  • Pay scale: $20.00-25.00
