This highly visible position requires strong warehousing and organizational skills with the responsibility to make decisions that directly impact site performance. A hands-on approach will be critical to success, as you work to exceed our customer expectations in quality, delivery, and service in a safe and secure work environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
- Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Address and resolve any operations issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Core Skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse regulations
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift and move objects, up to 50 pounds
- Experience in budgeting and cost control
Education
- High school graduate, bachelors degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years warehouse experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
