As the Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in high-priority initiatives. You will partner with the HR team to learn and understand business needs and program execution strategies. During your internship, you will not only work alongside the Human Resources team, but you will also gain exposure to various functional areas as we work collaboratively on many projects and initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Human Resources team with a standard process, best practice, and the development of job tools relative to the hiring and immigration processes.
  • Conduct research, identify best practices and partner with legal team to support the HR team project.
  • Assist in change management efforts and initiatives to implement, educate, and drive adoption
  • Research and share new trends, laws and legislation.
Requirements
  • Currently senior pursuing a Bachelor's or a student pursuing a Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology, or a related field of study
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint (required)
  • Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail.
  • Someone who enjoys analyzing data and partnering
  • Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and understanding the importance of maintaining the confidentiality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a track record in various writing styles, a solid command of grammar, style, proofreading, and editing techniques is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment.

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28.
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
