Skills & Qualifications:
At least one (1) year of work history and relevant transferrable skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, strong assessment skills, risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to make mandated reports.
Experience working with individuals facing severe mental illness, substance use, and chronic medical conditions is important. Customer service, retail, or phone technical support experience can be beneficial.

Sensitivity and Passion: Sensitivity to trauma and participant experiences, alignment with the organization's mission and goals, and a passion for the work.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Education and Experience:
A college degree in a related discipline *or* direct experience in a medical or social work setting is required. At least one year of experience working with a similar population is necessary.
