Job Description:
Techno-functional resource with 3 to 4 years of experience working on OTM Cloud with knowledge on Logistics business process, Order Management, Shipment Management, Carrier Management, Finance Settlement-Invoice/Voucher generation, OTM automation agent workflows, Screen-sets, Manager layout, Roles/Menu, Integration, external systems, Out XML profiles, Basis understanding of middleware technologies, Able to set-up recurring processes, PL-SQL, should be able to write SQL queries, BI report – Should be able to modify query template & format template, De-bugging skills required for performing RCA, Knowledge on Open Processes/Even queues monitoring, Basis understanding on GTM module, EDI connectivity for carriers & various transmission messages.
