Who We're Seeking

Pet Health is a premier six-doctor veterinary practice nestled in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. We're on a mission to reinvent the experience entirely, by making each visit significant for the pets while going above and beyond for their parents. Can you help us?

We are seeking a dynamic veterinarian who harbors a deep passion for animal health and is eager to align with our mission. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, necessary for cultivating lasting relationships with pet parents and a collaborative atmosphere within our team. Adaptability and a drive for continuous learning are essential in our fast-paced, innovative environment, where patient care always comes first.

If you are committed to excellent veterinary care and wish to contribute meaningfully to our community, we encourage you to apply. Join us as we elevate veterinary standards through compassion, innovation, and an unwavering dedication to pets and their parents.

A Better Work Experience

We recognize that the heart of exceptional veterinary care expertise is combined with attention to detail. That's why we've structured our practice around 60-minute appointments, allowing you to spend time on each patient’s needs, building a thorough understanding, and formulating personalized care plans without the rush.

Why do we provide 60-minute appointments?

  1. Comprehensive Interaction: Ample time for detailed histories and thorough examinations helps you understand every aspect of your patient's health and the concerns of their pet parents.
  2. Tailored Patient Plans: The extra time enables the creation of specific, effective treatment and wellness plans, enhancing patient outcomes.
  3. Clear Communication: Extended appointments allow in-depth discussions with pet parents, answering all their questions so they are comfortable with the care directions.
  4. Collaborative Consultations: Whether consulting with a colleague on a challenging case or coordinating with specialists, you have the time to explore all options.
  5. Efficient Record-Keeping: Finish each day on time and on task, with ample opportunity to document patient interactions thoroughly, while overlooking nothing.

Great Pet Parents

Joining Pet Health means working with some of the most dedicated and educated pet parents in Las Vegas. Our clients are deeply committed to the health and well-being of their pets, creating a rewarding and respectful partnership between veterinarians and pet parents. This shared commitment facilitates a collaborative environment, which builds trust and makes your role as a veterinarian impactful and rewarding.

Our consistent approach to treatment and our emphasis on thorough communication means that our pet parents are well-informed and proactive about their pets' care. Most importantly, many of our pet parents have pet insurance, allowing us to pursue comprehensive diagnostic and treatment options without significant financial constraints, so we can always provide the best possible care.

Exceptional Support Staff

Our comprehensive onboarding includes a 60-hour training program, Fear Free, and RECOVER CPR certification, with additional support for each doctor. Understanding that great veterinary care starts behind the scenes, we keep our staff well-trained and equipped to help every pet.

Every veterinarian is paired with dedicated assistants and specialized veterinary technicians, streamlining the process of managing appointments, callbacks, electronic charting, and the preparation of treatment plans. This structure helps our doctors focus on what they do best—caring for pets.

Work to Live

We understand that to provide exceptional care, our team needs balance. That's why Pet Health has designed a work environment that respects personal time while fostering professional excellence. Our appointment-only schedule avoids the unpredictability of walk-in services, grooming, overnight hospitalizations, and boarding, ensuring a smooth, efficient workday.

We also limit anesthetic procedures and have no emergency duties. Our clinics close at 6 p.m. on weekdays and at 3 p.m. on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. This structured approach allows each team member to leave on time, blending a fulfilling career with a rewarding personal life.
