As the Social Media Strategist, you will be key in overseeing social media calendars and driving the brand's presence on its organic channels. You'll be responsible for developing innovative content strategies and shaping the content direction across various platforms.

My client is a growing eco-friendly, sustainable and all around comfortable recovery footwear company! The brand was founded with the idea to cater comfort after a long day of training and/or for everyday life activities.

Description

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to support campaign efforts and fine-tune the brand's voice.
  • Develop, plan, and manage channel-specific strategies for all organic social media across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor emerging social trends and find creative ways to enhance social strategies, expand the audience, and boost meaningful conversions.
  • Analyze performance data, providing recommendations and updates for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee brand voice across organic social media, strengthening brand advocacy.

Profile

  • 5+ years of social media experience, ideally with a DTC brand
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a bonus
  • Previous leadership/management experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from strategy to execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong skills in presentations, planning, and analysis
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting
