We have a great opportunity for a strong manager to lead our team and manage our 3 Woburn Service Locations. We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Director to join our company! We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, proven leader to grow our fixed operations to the next level and beyond. A proven track record is more important than the number of years in automotive service management. Experience is REQUIRED!

Responsibilities:

1. Our Top Priority is to have the Highest CSI Possible
2. Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
3. Oversee fixed operations. Develop, implement, and monitor all Sales, Follow-up, and Training processes.
4. Monitor daily operations, minimize open RO’s daily, daily & weekly production reporting.
5. Maintain strong communications between all departments.
6. Oversee the hiring and training of all service employees.
7. Create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.

PREVIOUS SERVICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
