We are seeking member-driven, collaborative candidates with a growth mindset for the position of Senior Consumer Loan Processor.

This role is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of loans and disbursing the consumer loan documentation within Justice Federal's lending guidelines.

Key Job Functions:

  • Manages assigned pipeline of consumer loan applications (est. 20 - 45 loans)
  • Prepares loan packages for underwriting within provided timelines.
  • Counsels members on appropriate lending products and actively cross-sells to meet goals.
  • Obtains additional documentation and/or information when required by the Underwriter to complete the loan package.
  • Disburses loans according to the underwriting guidelines and/or instructions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of similar or related experience. Prior experience in a financial institution is a plus.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.
