Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop Anaplan applications including data models and dashboards.
  2. Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
  3. Provide technical application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end users to address their needs and resolve any system-related problems.
  4. Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required:

  1. Experience: 7 to 9 years.
  2. At least 7 years of experience with Anaplan product, with a minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models.
  3. Extensive experience in providing Anaplan model builder and solution architecture experience.
  4. Strong experience with core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes: incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  5. Passion and ability to create holistic end-to-end integrated solutions.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  7. Responsible for the overall Anaplan architecture to ensure new models and enhancements to the existing models are designed in an integrated and optimal manner.
  8. Maintain and optimize all current Anaplan models, capturing and delivering requirements for new or improved functionality to achieve further automation and integration of data and processes and to enhance user experience.
  9. Stay up to date with Anaplan features and enhancements and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to improve incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Anaplan with other systems and processes.

Preferred:

  1. Anaplan certification is a plus.
