Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 2 to 8 years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on wage and hour class action / PAGA cases.
• If you have more than this relevant experience, we still want to talk to you.
• Those without wage and hour class action experience will not be considered.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
