Your key responsibilities will include:
- Key Business Support Analyst/Partner for all locations
- Acquisition due diligence support and analysis
- Conduct Sales & profit analysis for Items, Product Lines, Business Segments, Markets and Product Pricing
- Price/Volume/Mix analysis
- Conduct EBITDA bridge analysis
- Analyze Selling, General and Administrative expenses.
- Create Complex and Detailed Analysis to Explain Business Trends
- Publish weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Tracker Report
- Calculate Financial KPI’s
- Provide data to support non-financial KPI calculations.
- Develop Reports to Capture Key Information from ERP Systems
- Support the preparation and publish financial forecast for the current year and 5 years.
- Support the preparation of annual Budgets.
- Financial business partner for the sales plan in terms of customer comparisons, pricing impacts, margin analysis and commissions
- Financial business partner supporting the development of SG&A department spending.
- Completes various ad hoc reporting for the CEO, CFO, and other members of the Executive team.
- Assists in providing support to Sales, Human Resources, Executive, IT, and other areas as necessary.
- Acts as a Project Leader and Process Improvement Champion for Assigned Business Improvement Projects
- Identifies areas of improvement and makes recommendations.
- Effectively implements and follows up on assigned projects.
- Any and all other ad hoc requests from the organization that requires financial analysis
Key qualifications we want from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Finance Analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- 2+ years of ERP system experience/knowledge.
- Excellent analytical ability with strong emphasis in developing analytical and forecasting tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence, PowerPivot, or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet Server or other spreadsheet based financial statement tools.
