Reference #: 5001078513400 Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Customer Logistics Analyst to join our team working on Mass, Natural, and Club distribution networks. Reporting to the Head of Customer Logistics- Large Format, this role is responsible for identifying opportunities for continued efficiency improvements and developing reporting, root cause analysis, and action plans throughout the Mass, Natural, and Club distribution networks. This position will be responsible for defining supply chain policies, KPIs, and other targets and collaborating across sales, supply chain, and the customer to improve all metrics inclusive of service, cost-to-serve, and fine reduction. **This is a hybrid position and the role can be based in Hanover, PA; Dallas, TX; State College, PA; and Chicago, ILCustomer Logistics Analyst- Mass, Natural, & Club: Perform analysis within the Utz route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets. Conduct transactional level analysis to create actionable insights for order trends and improvements. Perform analysis across order to cash value chain to determine impacts to cost, service, and waste. Work collaboratively with key customers like Costco, BJ's, UNFI, and Kehe to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins. Create and present relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales to ensure organizational alignment. Analyzes, validates, manipulates, and interprets complex data from cross functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams to improve on-time and in-full targets and reduce fines. Collaborate with customer and MDM team to drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with customer using our industry standards. Analyze internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends to improve service and cost to serve. Address all ad hoc customer related issues and analysis requests as they arise. Develop strong relationship with sales to ensure all needs are met. Develop appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel to ensure strong performance management. Requirements: Degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years work experience, strong business and broad supply chain acumen to include the end-to-end order management process Experience managing and connecting large, complex data sets Experience creating visual analytics particularly with Microsoft Power BI Advance experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required) Experience with ERP and TMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus) Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment a plus Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate cross-functionally Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment Skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision-making Outcome focused and a strong commitment to continuous improvement Our Recruitment Process: Easy Application (5 mins): Introduce yourself and answer a few key questions to get started.
