Select Staffing is now hiring Air Export Agent for a logistics company at South San Francisco, CA!
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hrs. BOE
Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm to 1:30am, Be able for OT and Weekend
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and arrange carriers for each shipment.
- Prepare export shipments and distribution of documents for assigned customers including shipping, labeling, picking up orders and distribution of cargo.
- Ensure shipments are processed according to internal and external compliance regulations
- Issue freight bills and invoices and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit terms.
- File and entry data by using AS/400 system.
- Handle perishable (Cherry, Strawberries, Blueberries, Grape) shipments and normal export duties.
-Other duties as assigned.
