Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to assist with accounts in Cleveland, OH. This is NOT a remote position and will need to sit in Cleveland.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruiting entry level and management talent for multiple sectors across Aramark.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recruiting and evaluating external candidates through a variety of sources and recruiting techniques.
  2. Collaborating with College Relations channels to attract entry level talent to Aramark.
  3. Engaging candidates and internal partners throughout the recruiting and selection process.
  4. Implementing the national talent management strategy for existing vacancies.
  5. Supporting new business through pipelining candidates for anticipated business.
  6. Coaching and advising internal client groups to influence action and decision making.

Qualifications

  1. 2-5 years full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency recruitment experience required.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
  3. Creative sourcing and pipelining experience, including use of social media – LinkedIn, etc.
  4. The ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling.
  5. Experience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate pool.
