- Someone who take a positive approach and who is able to hold confidentiality.
- Willing to travel to individual plants when they need help (not often).

- Degree (AS or BS/BA) preferred, 3+ years of recruiting experience, a big plus for someone coming out of manufacturing or industrial backgrounds
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
- Any kind of technical recruiting background is a plus
- Excellent time management and communication skills, demonstrated through a track record of keeping stakeholders fully informed during complex hiring processes; in other words, they want someone who is very detail-oriented
