As the Marketing Manager at Totem, you will be the second full-time marketing hire on our Team. You will be a core piece of our company as we continue to scale our marketing function. You will be joining a close-knit team of 5, and will have a massive opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping this department, this brand, and this company.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a professional marketing, PR, or creative role
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Strong record as a growth marketer
• Creative thinker with a passion for language and aesthetic
• Experience managing online communities and engaging with customers
• Early-stage startup experience

Benefits
Compensation and Benefits:

• $60,000-80,000 based on experience and credentials
• Up to 1% equity in the company
• Health insurance (100% covered by employer)

Although we do not require team members to be in-office every day, we do require that this person be based in/around Chattanooga, TN or willing to relocate to the area.
