The Occupational Health Clinic Specialist provides specialized services that include wellness health screenings, (registration, phlebotomy, biometrics), audiograms, pulmonary function tests (PFT's), and health coaching for corporate and community wellness, on and oy site. Provides customer education and one-to-one consultation to assist in specifc client health and awareness. The Occupational Health Clinic Specialist works under the supervision of the Occupational Health Clinic Supervisor.

The Occupational Health Clinic Specialist provides specialized services that include wellness health screenings, (registration, phlebotomy, biometrics), audiograms, pulmonary function tests (PFT's), and health coaching for corporate and community wellness, on and oy site. Provides customer education and one-to-one consultation to assist in specifc client health and awareness. The Occupational Health Clinic Specialist works under the supervision of the Occupational Health Clinic Supervisor.
- Provides knowledgeable specialized services including wellness health screenings (hearing, registration, phlebotomy, biometrics, vital signs, heigh/weight, body composition), audiograms, pulmonary function tests (PFT's), and health coaching, among others, for corporate and community wellness, on and oy site.
- Performs health coaching to contracted customers.
- Provides excellent customer service at all times using ADIET.
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe environment for clients and coworkers.
- Uses two patient identifers at each screening station and "Final Check" when appropriate.
- Documents according to policy.
- Accurately and effciently uses all computer programs.

- Education: A minimum of a high school degree or GED. Associates degree or above in a health-related feld or a health- related certifcate in Phlebotomy, Health Coaching, Occupational Hearing (COHC), or Personal Training preferred.
- License: None.
- Certifcations required: See Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certifcation Policy and Certifcations/Education Requirements Policy.
- Experience: Wellness experience preferred, including biometrics, phlebotomy, disease prevention, and/or health coaching.

- Carries out excellent customer service as indicated by customer satisfaction surveys.
- Participates in committees and on Process Improvement teams.
- Contributes to department budget by being fscally sound and encourages cost savings for department and organization.
- Demonstrates safe truck and trailer operation by completing biennial training as travel to corporate sites for scheduled screenings required.
- Participates in department/organizational projects and works with other CCH departments when needed.
- Helps ensure Infection Control measures by utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and hand washing and performs routine cleaning tasks utilizing department daily check list
- Complies with the hospital's Corporate Compliance Program including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct, laws and regulations, and CCH policies and procedures.
- Must be free from governmental sanctions involving health care and/or fnancial practices.
