The selected candidate will perform the following functions:
- Create a sales and marketing plan that can lead an accomplished sales team to successfully achieve its goals.
- Collaborate with an amazing and successful sales staff who understand the team approach to selling.
- Be an ambassador to the surrounding neighborhood and community.
Who we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of sales experience preferably in senior living.
- A relationship building who enjoys forming connections within and outside our organization.
- A team player who is collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven sales leader who is also attuned to dynamics of working within a larger organization.
