Our client is a leading global law firm seeking an HR Manager to be based in their Washington, D.C. office (hybrid). This is an exciting opportunity to oversee HR for the entire DC office of ~150, including both attorneys and business services staff.
You will manage a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Employee relations
- Mobility
- Leaves
- Performance management
This will be in partnership with a small HR team and peers in professional development, recruiting, and HR operations.
The firm requires experience in legal environments supporting attorneys in some manner, whether as an HR generalist/manager or as a specialist in another area of HR.
