The leading electronic measurement company who is also on the forefront of technology innovations. This role is for Technical Coordinator and we are looking for candidates to collaborate with Tellus Solutions to create innovative solutions and to fulfill on our client's mission.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Calibrate and perform adjustments on Measurement and Test Equipment, Electronic and/or Mechanical
Use test automation platforms and software to calibrate Measurement and Test Equipment.
Perform manual calibration procedures on Measurement and Test Equipment.
Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures.
Communicates with internal teams to request work orders with specific requirements.
Communicates with external vendors to request service quotes and status requests.
Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.
Physical movement of equipment up to 20 lbs.
Solves a broad range of service/ support problems varying in scope and complexity.
Requirements:
May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 year technical degree or equivalent training/certification is desired.
Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
Experience with database tracking and management systems.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.
Work is 100% on-site- remote/hybrid work not available.
