Seeking a dynamic and confident Real Estate Operations Manager (OM) in Denver, CO, who is highly assertive, positive-thinking, and self-motivated. As a key leader, the OM streamlines operations to allow the Team Leader to focus on generating transactions effectively. This role involves building, implementing, and overseeing multiple systems, becoming the go-to expert on people, efficiency, and systems within the organization. The ideal candidate strategically utilizes systems as tools, balancing problem-solving with timely execution. The OM is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and nurturing relationships with vendors. Committed to empowering the Team Leader for elevated success, this position is full-time, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm, with occasional evening and weekend commitments. Compensation Package includes an Annual Salary, Bonus, PTO, and Healthcare Stipend. Responsibilities: • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support • Oversee all contracts through closing and reviewing contracts and listing documents for completion • Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker • Guard the rainmaker’s daily schedule • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills- excellent spelling, grammar • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Concerned about doing things the right way • Calm under pressure - Think like a problem solver! • Learning-based • Service-based attitude • Proven ability to succeed Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
