We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced mid-level Program Analyst to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
The Program Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our customer at Ft. Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience serving as a staff officer on a senior-level staff, with a strong background in cyber operations and information technology. This role requires an individual who is adept at analyzing complex data, developing strategic recommendations, and providing expert guidance on program-related issues.
Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor and analyst on cyber operations and information technology initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of program performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
• Develop and present detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government officials, technical teams, and other contractors, to ensure seamless integration of cyber and IT solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate program metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Assist in the development and execution of program strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance on cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Support the planning and coordination of operational activities, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with CI Poly
• 5 to 10+ years serving as a staff officer or similar in a senior-level staff in a defense or intelligence environment.
• Strong understanding of cyber operations and information technology, with a deep understanding of current threats and defensive measures.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate findings effectively to senior leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management and familiarity with relevant software and tools.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
