**Job Description:**
- Deliver high-quality care and exhibit a strong commitment to patient safety.
- Adapt to various clinical settings and conditions as required by the float pool arrangement.
- Collaborate effectively with a wide range of healthcare professionals across different departments.
- Maintain communication with patients and families to provide support and information throughout the care process.
- Manage patient assignments with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Be prepared for a manager-directed interview process for final selection.
