Job Requirements / Description

As a Yaskawa Human Resources intern, you will participate in a paid, ten to twelve-week summer program, working on meaningful assignments that have a true impact on our business. Internship examples include Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Learning & Leadership Development, Talent Management and Business Human Resources. Assignments are carefully selected based on business need as the priority, then take personal preference into account, incorporating technical knowledge, analytical strength, and creative problem solving.
Human Resources interns may be located inWaukegan, IL, Franklin, WI or Buffalo Grove, IL. Throughout the summer, there are planned in-person networking activities.
Basic Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with an emphasis in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
