Kaleidoscope Dreams is a newly established non-profit organization led by sixteen-time GRAMMY Award winner Alicia Keys, with the mission of empowering and engaging historically underrepresented communities on Broadway and beyond through robust programming that builds access points to the arts. Our programs are focused on enhancing creative expression, fostering mental well-being, and building professional pathways through the transformative power of the arts.

The Job
The inaugural Executive Director will play a key role in advancing the vision and mission of Kaleidoscope Dreams by leading the organization through its exciting launch phase and ongoing growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will lead the organization’s strategy, programming, and fundraising while ensuring its long-term sustainability.
In collaboration with the Board, staff, and community stakeholders, this role will be pivotal in building Kaleidoscope Dreams’ reputation, developing relationships, and increasing its visibility both locally and nationally. As a public representative, the Executive Director must also engage with donors, community leaders, and partners both in New York City and nationally to drive the organization’s mission forward.
