Summary

Ambu USA is seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Operations team in the role of Sales Operations Analyst, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations.

This role will play a critical role in managing sales data and analytics and evaluating the general health of the sales and customer relationship management processes and data. This individual will also manage our sales mileage and fleet management processes and systems, as well as miscellaneous projects as directed by the Director of Sales Operations. The Sales Operations Analyst will be a key member of the team providing support on overall Company and Sales Strategies, Data Management and Analytics, Pipeline Performance Management, and other tasks through the optimization of processes along the customer journey from Lead to Revenue.

The ideal candidate should have experience as a team member in a mid-size, commercial Sales Operations team, optimizing existing processes, solving data challenges, and building best practices and procedures with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the sales leadership teams to plan, track, and report on sales data.
  2. Develop / maintain reports and dashboards to support sales, financial, and operational KPI reporting.
  3. Define, track and report on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness.
  4. Drive Salesforce and other Sales Tools compliance and data quality, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  5. Support information gathering for QBRs and other executive meetings / presentations.
  6. Develop and implement new systems to streamline standard operating procedures for sales and sales operations.
  7. Manage sales mileage reimbursement and fleet management programs / systems.
  8. Support managing requests and inquiries from sellers on sales processes for CRM and other sales tools, in partnership with our specialist Sales Tools team.
  9. Help implement projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes impacting Sales & Sales Operations.
  10. Support project rollouts for new tools and process changes to increase the efficiency of our Sales organization.
  11. Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions while applying appropriate methodology, measurements, tools, and quantitative techniques in projects.
  12. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Associates or Bachelor's (preferred) degree in an analytics-heavy field such as Business Analytics, Actuarial or Data Sciences, Economics, or any other business major.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles.
  3. Experience with Office 365, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookup, and formulas).
  4. Must be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to generate reports and dashboards, transforming data into visualizations, tables, and charts.
  6. Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
  7. Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and/or database systems.
  8. Use of tools like Clari or SF Analytics/Tableau highly desirable.
  9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Proven track record of working cross-functionally with all areas of the business and effectively building relationships.
  11. Ability to communicate and interact effectively.
  12. Experience working in a high growth environment supporting a rapidly growing sales organization.
  13. Experience supporting system implementations a plus.

At this time, Ambu does not provide work visa sponsorship and all applicants must have current work authorization. This position offers a hybrid work schedule combining in-office presence at our Columbia, MD location with remote work flexibility. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
