Job Requirements:
The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator is responsible for assuring requisition accuracy for a wide variety of products and services for all departments. This person will verify the contract status and pricing of items as part of processing requisitions with electronic data interface, coordinate product returns, maintain files and records, input data, sort and route requests while maintaining all appropriate documentation and updating item file records accordingly. This person acts as a resource person when other departments require assistance. This position shares responsibility for storeroom inventory control and assists the director in completing special projects as requested. This person processes mail. This position will be cross-trained and will be asked to cover in other areas when needed, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, distribution, item number requests, clinical purchase requests, special projects, and reports. This position oversees the work of the receiving and distribution Supply Chain Operations employees.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent GED. Two years of Supply Chain Operations experience required. Computer experience required. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. General knowledge of medical supplies and inventory control preferred.
