**Job Description:**
- Take responsibility and accountability for assessing patient and family health problems and resources.
- Play a leadership role in planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care.
- Provide technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population.
- Deliver services to Medical/Surgical patients, ages eighteen and above, ensuring an understanding of their developmental and functional needs.
- Engage actively in fulfilling the mission, demonstrating behavior consistent with core values.
- Support the strategic plan and contribute to the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
