Role
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our personal lines department, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency to include:
- Servicing all aspects of our client’s personal insurance needs, usually in partnership with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration.
- Gathering accurate information from clients and preparing applications for submission to the insurance companies.
- Developing proposals and insurance summaries based on an evaluation of the client’s coverage needs.
- Supporting and processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites.
- Explaining insurance policies and coverages, suggesting coverage enhancements, and resolving general customer inquiries.
- Maintaining electronic client account records and adhering to agency procedures and workflows.
- Overseeing other Personal Lines Account Managers in the department.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management technology, preferably TAM.
- Familiarity with High-Net-Worth clientele and clients located in coastal markets a plus.
- Ability to follow agency procedures and workflows with minimal supervision.
