SecureSpace is seeking a District Manager to lead and manage the operations of a portfolio of self-storage facilities. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • The District Manager will take the lead in finding talent for the stores in their designated area, managing and developing store employees, encouraging and motivating them to reach their potential and be engaged in their work.
  • The District Manager will provide the highest level of customer service to SecureSpace patrons, problem-solving and interacting with current and potential customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • The District Manager will take ownership in driving sales, providing guidance and resources to team members to help execute company strategies, managing budgets and marketing efforts.
  • Responsibilities will include human resources, accounting, payroll, maintenance, and revenue management duties. The District Manager will report to corporate leadership and work with leadership to set goals, present results, and drive the success of their designated area.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel for work (generally, in the Southeast).
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for required travel via car and/or airplane.
  • Will need to move about inside the leasing office to access and operate computers and other office equipment.
  • Will also need to move about the entire 1+ acre property for customer tours, to receive, move and restock inventory, to inspect and maintain the property, and to operate roll up doors.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of multi-location experience in retail or similar industries with responsibility for running 5+ stores.
  • College degree, a plus.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
