In a general sense, you will be supporting a growing real estate legal team with all aspects involved in commercial real estate transactions, including contracts, leases, purchasing, development agreements, due diligence, and more! You will be responsible for reviewing, summarizing, analyzing, and coordinating contracts and real estate diligence, including easements, title commitments and policies, title and survey objection letters, and closing statements; assisting with project management, tracking, and support, as well as prioritization; resolving issues as they arise; assisting with file management; coordinating transaction closings; assisting with real estate purchase, sales, leasing, and financing; managing vendor relationships, including acting as a liaison and producing vendor reports and invoices; and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
- 4+ years of commercial real estate experience in a legal department or law firm, including due diligence and title and survey review experience
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Great communication and follow up skills
Salary: $75,000-$85,000/yr.
