Platform Systems Engineer (Kubernetes/Storage/Remote- 3-11pm EST)

Platform System Engineer- 100% Remote/2nd shift

Optomi, in partnership with a major client, is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join their team. This person will help to create a reliable and secure platform for various applications to run on. This will include infrastructure design, implementation, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Windows server administration- troubleshooting, patching, Active Directory, certificates, PowerShell, etc.
• Help to virtualize an environment with VMWare and vRealize Suite
• Build out various services in a public cloud environment (AWS/Azure in this role)
• Enable various storage solutions inclduing NetApp, Pure Storage, Flash Array, etc.
• Utlize Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
